BMW Art Guide by Independent Collectors: The Fourth Edition

After many months of research, planning and writing, the fourth edition of the BMW Art Guide by Independent Collectors is here. With the new edition of the Art Guide now featuring 256 international collections of contemporary art that all are private yet publicly accessible, we are still your leading guide to art collections worldwide.

Featuring collections from 43 countries and 180 cities, the Art Guide proves once again that no location is too far for our dedicated team of art world journalists. We’ve scoured the globe to find new collections where art is presented in the most diverse and interesting settings, and are proud to announce new countries such as Romania, Lebanon, Serbia and South Korea are now included in the Art Guide.

The official launch of the fourth edition took place during London’s Frieze Art Fair at Shoreditch House, where a panel discussion featuring Beth Greenacre (Curator of the David Bowie Collection), David Roberts (Founder David Roberts Art Foundation) and Anna Somers Cocks (CEO The Art Newspaper) centered on the topic of “The Collector: Changing the Market, Changing the Art World.”
